Digital Revolution of International Chinese Education: Reality and Approach

Abstract:

The digital revolution of International Chinese Education (ICE) complies with the development of digital era, accords with the international education development trends and meets the digital teaching requirements. This research analyzes the reality of the digital revolution of ICE from the following three aspects: the digital literacy of the teaching subjects, the digital teaching resources and the digital teaching environment. And there are three problems such as the crisis of integration of International Chinese teaching and digital technology, the weakness of overall planning and management of the digital teaching resources, the unbalance of physical and psychological environment. To solve the above problems, we should cultivate International Chinese Educators’ digital competence, plan the construction of digital teaching resources as a whole and strengthen the construction of the psychological environment for digital teaching.
