Abstract Based on real-time collection methods of parameters from the shield tunnel construction and environmental monitoring data, the web-based remote monitoring system was constructed. With the use of ASP.NET technology, the system is designed by B/S mode to seek to maximize “thin client” objectives. In the process of data acquisition, processing and analysis, pattern recognition according to construction mechanics is used in deep analysis of the collected data. The system achieves dynamic display of remote real-time monitoring and the analysis results can reflect risks in construction.
