供应链质量管理与食品企业绩效的关系

摘要 
构建了食品供应链质量管理核心要素对企业绩效影响的研究框架,通过向4家目标食品企业的供应链质量相关人员发放调查问卷的形式获取数据,以多案例分析方法进行供应链质量管理与企业绩效之间关系的验证,并得到:食品企业明确意识到供应链质量管理对提高企业绩效的重要性并付诸行动;食品供应链质量管理对企业绩效起到积极作用;食品供应链质量管理核心要素中,过程质量管理和质量检测技术应用相较于其他要素对企业绩效产生更显著影响.

Abstract
This paper builds the research framework of the influence of supply chain quality management on the performance of food enterprise. To test and verify the relationship between supply chain quality management and enterprise performance in food industry, it uses case study including data collected from four targeted food enterprises by questionnaire. The result shows that food enterprises clearly realize the importance of supply chain quality management in improving enterprise performance and put it into practice. Besides, food supply chain quality management plays a positive role in enterprise performance. In addition, process quality management and quality detection technology application have more obvious impact on enterprise performance compared to others.
