Abstract To address transfer income distribution conflict between rail transit and bus transit and maintain the stability of enterprise operation coordination, extenics was applied to provide income distribution scheme for enterprises. Influence factors of income distribution conflict were analyzed from two aspects which are contribution and risk, and then the proportion formula of transfer income distribution was proposed. And the formal matterelement model and extension model of the issue were established to measure the degree of income distribution conflict. On the basis of constructing the simple cost implication system for public transport enterprise, the method of condition transforming bridge was introduced to generate the possible options of income distribution coordination. And the extension priority degree evaluation method was introduced to filter possible options. The analysis results of the example show that the extension method can better solve the problem of transfer income distribution.
