Abstract Based on interpretive structural model, this paper classified the risk factors of technology M&As. The study shows that relative scale of the target to acquirer is the basic risk factor which affects all the other factors, while technology integration capability and technology staff retention percentage are direct risk factors which are only affected by other factors not affect any others.
