Abstract The turbulence models and numerical methods required in the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) were described, especially, the different kinds of numerical methods were introduced. And the description methods and solution strategies used in the fluidstructure interaction problems were clarified, the strong coupling method and loose coupling method were discussed. Moreover, the technique of mesh generation and updating and the methods for data exchange on the interface were summarized, some problems in the grid modeling were pointed out.
