立管尾流模型研究及其在顶张紧立管干涉分析中的应用

摘要: 干涉分析是深水立管设计流程中的重要组成环节。介绍了顶张紧立管(TTR)干涉分析中的不同尾流理论,通过FLEXCOM软件建立TTR干涉分析模型,对比了不同尾流模型下的干涉分析结果,通过对比得知Blevins尾流模型相对Huse尾流模型计算的立管净距要小。在实际工程中建议根据环境情况选取尾流模型,同时结合干涉分析结果和井口布置需求等因素确定立管间距。

Abstract: The analysis on interference between upstream and downstream risers is an important design part of riser design in deep water. After introducing different wake theories used for top tensioned riser (TTR), we build the TTR model for interference analysis with FLEXCOM software. The results obtained with different wake models are compared, showing that the clearance under Blevins model is smaller than that under Huse model. In practical engineering projects, it is recommended to choose the wake model based on environment condition for analysis and determine the riser space based on the interference analysis results and the need of well slot arrangement, etc
