In the 13th Five Year Plan, Tianjin University takes laboratory construction as the starting point, and centers on the construction goal towards world top university to carry on innovation in the aspects of experiment personnel cultivation, laboratory resource allocation, and laboratory culture construction, so as to nurture outstanding talents with innovation spirit and practice ability.

    Aiming at the requirements of talent training of security engineering, combining the geotechnical safety monitoring technology, industrial safety monitoring, safety monitoring information, public safety management and emergency response technology, the mission, target and specific construction procedure of diversification of safety science and engineering innovation experiment platform was provided. The multivariate innovation experiment platform included the informationized mine safety innovation laboratory, the informationized industrial safety monitoring and warning platform, intelligentialized public safety monitoring platform and the network platform of high quality courses of Wubei province. The hardware and software of diversification of safety science and engineering innovation experiment platforms with different research direction were constructed, and the process of construction was given. The experiment platform mixed with the innovation laboratory of safety monitoring, high quality courses and the experiment resources network platform. The key point of this paper was the discussion of the diversification safe monitoring and safe monitoring platform.

    Research on Intelligent Valve Positioner Based on Fuzzy-Smith Control Method

    In view of the widespread phenomenon of time lag in the industrial control valve, a kind of intelligent valve positioner control method is proposed. The method is based on the fuzzy theory and Smith predictor. This paper analyzes of the structure and principle of smart valve positioner. Smith predictor is designed to compensate the delayed time and realize the advanced response. It overcomes the delay performance of the system. With the combination of fuzzy control and PID control, fuzzy rules are designed to adjust controller parameters. The combination of the two control schemes contributes to the fuzzy Smith method, which can improve the dynamic and static performances of the system. Fuzzy internal model controller overcomes the delay and improves the performance of the system. Simulating research of the fuzzy Smith controller, fuzzy internal model controller and PID controller shows that the fuzzy Smith control method is better than the fuzzy internal model control method and the traditional PID method because the first one can effectively improve the speed of the control valve, overcome the time delay and improve the performance of the system.

    Determining Maturity of Oil in Hydrocarbon Inclusions by Multi-spectroscopy

    Spectroscopic technology is widely used for analysis of hydrocarbon inclusions, but previous studies showed some limits of single spectroscopic method. We proposed multi-spectroscopic technology to analyze hydrocarbon inclusions in reservoirs, which combines with fluorescence spectrum, Raman spectrum, and infra-red spectrum. This method can make up shortage of single spectrum technology. This paper reported that multi-spectrum was used to study the maturity of oil in hydrocarbon inclusions from reservoir of Huo-Ma-Tu structure belt in southern Zhungaer basin. The results indicate that multi-spectrum can not only be a complementation for single spectrum, but also give more reliable information about maturity of oil in hydrocarbon inclusions.

    Change of Soil Phosphorus Compound of Apple-pear Orchards in the East of Two Cities in Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian

    Aiming at soil in apple-pear orchard of Hunchun city and Helong city in the east of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian of Jilin Province, the authors mined soil profile in apple-pear orchard, collected soil samples from different soil genetic horizon according to soil properties. We studied the change trend of phosphorus compound in different horizons of orchard soil by 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The results indicated that phosphorus compounds of orchard soil of Hunchun and Helong were composed of orthophosphate, orthophosphate monoester and pyrophosphate (orthophosphate>orthophosphate monoester >pyrophosphate). Compared with apple-pear orchard of Hunchun, the horizons of A and AB contained orthophosphate diester. With increasing of depth of soil horizon, the percentage of orthophosphate of phosphorus compound was increased as well. The percentage of orthophosphate was more than 80% in the deepest soil of the two orchards. In contrast with orthophosphate,by the increase on depth of soil horizon, the percentage of orthophosphate monoester to phosphorus compound reduced. The soil horizon with the most percentage of pyrophosphate was AB horizon in soil of the two apple-pear orchards in Hunchun and Helong. The abundance of orthophosphate monoester in soil of apple-pear orchard of Helong was significantly higher than that in Hunchun.

    Design of the Greenhouse Automatic Monitoring System Based on PLC

    It is one of the important issues in the greenhouse industry to effectively control the temperature and humidity of greenhouse. This article describes a PLC-based greenhouse automatic monitoring system. The S7-200 PLC of SIEMENS is used as controller to collect and control the temperature and humidity information of greenhouse. The PLC communicates with the host PC by serial port. The host PC monitors the PLC to collect and control the temperature and humidity of greenhouse by PC monitoring software. Users can select manual or automatic control mode. In the test, the system has realized the acquisition, display and alarm functions about the greenhouse temperature and humidity information, and can reliably control the temperature and humidity. The PC monitor software is convenient for user operation. The design has a certain practical significance and application value for greenhouse environment monitoring and PLC practice teaching.

    DC Motor Speed Control System Based on Step-limiting Incremental PID

    Step PID controller is usually applied in the situation that steady step response is more important than quick response in a DC motor speed control system, but the controller does not work when there exists measurement error. This paper designed a DC motor speed control system based on step-limiting incremental PID controller. The controller limits the increment of the control value of incremental PID by a step to smooth the change of control value, so as to achieve smooth speed shifting. Analytical and experimental results show that owing to the even variation of the control values, this system not only presents steady step response, but also has anti-interference ability in nature.

    A Study on the Movement of the Sphere in Soap Bubbles

    The soap bubble, as a nonlinear fluid, has a very complex non-linear response to external actions. This paper attempts to give a theoretical explanation to this process by a small and light sphere which has similar size of soap bubble and travels in suds, from the view point of statistics. The experiments show that the original description thought is reasonable.

    Hydrolysis Kinetics of Acetylsalicylic Acid

    Acetylsalicylic acid is a widely used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. A method of visible spectrophotometric was developed for the determination of salicylic acid and hydrolysis kinetics of acetylsalicylic acid based on the fact that salicylic acid and ferric complex with voilet color. In the buffer solution of HCOOH-NaOH with pH of 3.0, a type of 1∶1 stable complex of salicylic acid and ferric was formed and apparent stability constant (lg K) was calculated to be 6.02. Absorption maximum of the complex was found at the wavelength of 523 nm. Linear relationship was kept in the range 0.05-0.5 mmol/L and detection limit(3 s/k) was 2.2 μmol/L. The recovery rates measured were in the range of 96.0%-100.5%, and RSD were in the range of 0.76%-1.10% when the methods was applied to sample. Results of kinetics equation fitting with online monitoring data show that acetylsalicylic acid hydrolysis accorded with first order reaction and activation energy was 72.97 kJ/mol. It would be helpful to study and determine parameters of chemical kinetics.

    Ferromagnetic Properties of Cr-doped with ZnS Nanoparticles

    Cr-doped ZnS semiconductor nanoparticles of magnetic property was successfully prepared via a solvothermal reaction of ZnO and S with CrCl3·6H2O in mixed solvents of ethylenediamine and ethanolamine at 190 ℃. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement demonstrated that the undoped and Cr-doped nanoparticles had a hexagonal structure. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images revealed that the morphologies of ZnS with different amounts of chromium consisted of nanoparticles. The average particle size of Zn1-xCrxS (x = 0.052 7) nanoparticles was in the range of 30-40 nm. This product, composed of Cr, Zn, and S, was observed by an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of Cr doped ZnS nanoparticles showed that the absorption edge was slightly shifted towards the short wavelength compared with undoped ZnS. A vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) showed that the Cr-doped ZnS nanoparticles exhibited increased ferromagnetism at room temperature, while the pure ZnS nanoparticles exhibited diamagnetism. The saturation magnetization of the Zn1-xCrxS (x = 0.052 7) nanoparticles was 4.275 A/m. The experimental results confirmed that Cr-doped ZnS nanosheets exhibited ferromagnetism at room temperature, in good agreement with the ferromagnetic properties of Cr-doped ZnS that were predicted by first-principle computations. The origin of the ferromagnetism in the Zn1-xCrxS nanoparticles is intrinsic to the DMS.

    Research of Adaptive Flux Weakening Strategy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

    The surface permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as object, the traditional DC bus voltage feedback flux weakening control algorithm principle and implement method were studied. In order to solve the problems of in the flux weakening region of PMSM, the oscillation of speed in high speed state, and not good at load ability, an improved adaptive flux weakening control method was proposed. The limited maximum value of the current component id was calculated by the current component iq through feed-forward control based on PI control, and was used as the given value. The method can increase the speed of system response, and get the accurate id much more quickly, achieve rapid adaptive control. The simulation and experiments based on Matlab/Simulink and dSPACE showed that the improved adaptive flux weakening control strategy can effectively reduce the oscillation of speed in steady state, and improve the load ability of PMSM in high speed.

    Analysis and Test of Ride Comfort of Vehicle Active Suspension Based on Fuzzy Neural PID Control

    The excitation of road surface causes the vehicle to produce bump and vibration in the traveling process, affects the automobile ride comfort. This study established a 1/4 car active suspension model, proposed a control strategy based on fuzzy neural network. The design made full use of strong robustness of fuzzy control and fast convergence of neural network, could real-time adjust system parameters. Tests and simulation analyses of suspension dynamic travel, wheel dynamic changes in load, and the vertical acceleration of the body research were carried out. The results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively reduce the vibration caused by road excitation and produce, improve vehicle handling stability, ride comfort, strong robust, has certain reference significance.

    Development of a Water-cooled Temperature Control Experimental System with Human-Machine Interaction

    The water-cooling unit is a device which utilizes water-circulation to accelerate the cooling process of CPU. This paper develops the “iWater” experimental system, and applies it to control temperature and realize real-time human-machine interaction. The closed-loop control mechanism is utilized. PTC ceramic plays the role of heat source; DS18B20 digital thermometer provides temperature feedback; STM32 MCU performs PID strategy and generates PWM command to H-bridge driver. Since the speed of water-cooling unit is controlled by applying a variable voltage, the temperature is regulated as constant. Multiple functions of human-machine interface are integrated. The infrared remote control is applied to set temperature reference, control strategy, and various parameters. TFT-LCD is adopted for on-spot display of temperature waveforms. The experimental data are transmitted via the USART channel, and the temperature trajectory is plotted in the VisualScope of host computer. A prototype is developed and test results validate the effectiveness of this “iWater” experimental system.

    Design of Farmland Environment Monitoring System Based on ZigBee and Energy Aware

    Generally the size of farmland is large. It is high cost and poor flexibility to use wired network. Aiming at this situation, a farmland environment monitoring system by using the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology as the core and a scheme on node energy optimization are presented. This system includes two parts: the information collection and the data storage. The information collection consists of end-node, router-node and coordinator-node. Parameters such as temperature, humidity and soil electric conductivity are measured by end-node and router-node. Coordinator-node is responsible for collecting datum. The data storage consists of server and computer. The experimental result shows that the network which uses energy aware and energy efficiency method can live longer and send more data. This monitoring system may provide data support to the development of precision agriculture.

    Three-dimensional Imaging of Optical Refractive Index by Low-coherence Interferometry in Fourier Frequency Domain

    Optical refractive index (ORI) is one of the most important physical parameters for the description of the characterization of optical material, and measurement of ORI is crucial for research and industrial applications. We demonstrate establish an experimental system for three-dimensional imaging of ORI by combining low-coherence interferometry in frequency domain and computed tomography. The experimental system mainly consists of a broadband light source, an optical fiber Michelson interferometer and a spectrometer. The interference spectra of the detection light and reference light are acquired with the spectrometer, and the parallel projection of optical refractive index is calculated from the acquired interference spectra by Fourier transformation. The three-dimensional distribution of refractive index is reconstructed by the filtered back-projection algorithm. We experimentally demonstrate this system by cross-sectional imaging of a plastic tube. The present system is suitable for three-dimensional imaging of samples with homogeneous and inhomogeneous ORI distributions, and the ORI sensitivity is 0.01. The imaging system is suitable to be used as a synthetic and designing experiment in physical experiment teaching for undergraduates.

    Design of a Comprehensive Experiment for Preparation and Characterization Evaluation of in situ formed Ag Catalyst

    A new energy materials comprehensive electrochemical experiment was designed. A galvanic exchange method was applied to in situ deposit Ag on the Ni foam and to prepare an electrode. The production was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron-microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) for the analyses in the aspect of structure and morphology. The as-prepared porous Ag@Ni foam was applied as the current collector of air cathode for the Li-air battery, and the electrochemical performances were evaluated by galvanostatic discharge and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results show that when the current density is 1 A/m2, the capacity is increased from 4 774.4 mA·h/g carbon to 8 203.8 mA·h/g carbon. In this design the synthesis method was simple and controllable. Students’ understanding of the structure and properties of electrode materials can be deepened by the experiment, the experiment also benefits their cultivation of innovation consciousness and comprehensive experimental ability.

    A Testing System of Commonly Used Digital Crcuitchip

    There are some problems such as complex circuit connection, inefficiency detection in digital circuit practical teaching. Hence, the research group has studied and designed a testing system of commonly used digital circuit chip. The system is based on NAND gate, phase inverter, data selector, counter, decoder and display decoder of the practical teaching. It is composed of upper system and hardware circuit. The upper system serves as entering, management, transmitting function table or truth table. The hardware circuit serves as receiving the signals to testing chip, providing result whether the chip gets damaged or chip’s function is normal, and showing the testing result. The system can reduce difficulty and complexity and improve the accuracy of chip testing in the digital circuit practice teaching. That is essential to conduct a correct experiment.

    The Winter Experiment and Analysis of the Solar Assisted Gas Combination System in Shanghai

    The solar assisted gas winter experiments were carried out in a typical winter day in Shanghai, two models of domestic hot water and hot water heating were adopted. The experiment platform applied S7-200 PLC as control system, used WinCC as the data acquisition software. The water temperature, flow rate and the radiation intensity of the solar radiation at different points of the system were collected. On the basis of the data, the influence of solar radiation intensity, outdoor temperature and system operation mode on the solar energy guarantee rate and gas consumption in Shanghai area were studied. The experimental results show that the meteorological parameters have a significant influence on the solar energy guarantee rate and the gas consumption. In fine weather (average radiation amount is more than 400 W/m2) under the heating mode of guaranteed solar rate reached 82%, overcast to cloudy (average radiation dose of less than 250 W/m2) was 54%. In fine weather in the heating mode of guaranteed solar rate could reach 10.3%, in overcast or cloudy conditions only 5.09%.

    CloudStack Based Virtual Simulation Cloud Platform for Network Attack and Defense Experiment

    Network security experiments often require complex experimental environment. The network attack and defense technology is destructive and irreversible. Setting network security vulnerabilities for teaching will produce huge risk. The setup and maintenance costs for experimental environment are very expensive. Therefore, it is of great significance to use virtualization and SDN technology to build the simulation platform. The virtual experiment platform of network attack and defense is constructed based on CloudStack, open source cloud architecture, and XEN virtualization technology. The platform solves the problems in the network security experiment teaching and can provide IaaS cloud services. The introduction and analysis of a specific experiment show that the cloud experiment platform can effectively improve the quality of experiment teaching and cultivate students' engineering practice ability and innovation ability. The cloud platform itself has broad prospects for development and application.

    Inverted Pendulum Virtual Simulation System Development for Modern Control Theory Experiment Teaching

    In order to solve the problem of shortage of modern control theory experiment resource, this paper proposes an open virtual simulation system development method based on the inverted pendulum mechanism model. First, the state space model of the inverted pendulum is constructed based on the device mechanism. Then LabVIEW software is applied to draw the inverted pendulum device operation interface and the background programs are designed to achieve its model simulation. Finally, the OPC technology is used to share the data of virtual simulation system, which helps students to test the control algorithms. The constructed simulation system has not only a good interface to simulate the real experimental device, but also the excellent openness, it also leaves enough space for students to perform independent programming, and contributes to cultivate their innovative ability.

    In this paper , the 3D laser scanning technology is used to obtain the interior point cloud of museum. And on this basis, 3dS Max is used to establish a 3-dimensional model of the museum to complete texture mapping, baking and so on. Then the model is imported into VRP to develop an interactive virtual museum system. Cultural relics are collected and scaned by using hand-held non-contact 3d laser scanner,and then processed. The true 3-dimensional digital cultural relic model is then established. In order to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, the LOD algorithm is used to simplify the model. In virtual roaming scene designed by us, user can observe personally on the scene from multiple perspectives, can also watch the cultural relics through the keyboard, mouse and distance trigger. Artificially interactive computer control of virtual scene is realized. System interaction is good, holds strong sense of immersion,multi angle, multi way, multi person autonomous roaming Museum,collection of cultural relics can be observed at close range.

    Research on Simulation of Experimentof Microcomputer Principle Based on TPC-USB and Proteus

    We design a new microcomputer interface simulation system using Proteus and TPC-USB based on the existing experimental system of microcomputer principles, and expound the experiment synthesis design method of this system. This paper describes the main process of simulation and debugging of the system based on the simulation of voltage alarm system. In the design process of hardware experimentation, we combine the computer simulation system with the Proteus schematic edit, and use assembly language, C language or mixed programming way source code to do writing, debugging and running in TPC-USB platform. Practice shows that the experiment can deepen the understanding of knowledge points of microcomputer principle, further mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and improve capabilities of microcomputer principle integrated design.

    Application of Acoustic Doppler Velocimetry in Flume Flow Experiment

    Aiming at the problem of the low accuracy of Acoustic Doppler Velocimetry (ADV) used in clear water flow, a method of mixing suspended particles into the clear water is presented to improve the accuracy of ADV. By comparing the measurement results of ADV in the water flow with mixed suspended particles and the clear water, it is observed that the flow velocity of the former situation is obviously more stable, the result meets with the actual stable uniform flow of the water flume. The suggested content of the suspended particles in this test is 106 g/m3. Ten velocity measuring points are arranged vertically in the water flume. The flow velocity is changed by adjusting the frequency of the converter of a pump. This method is used to measure the vertical distribution of the flow velocity of the water flume. It is observed that the flow velocity is not uniformed along the vertical direction, and is followed the linear shear flow distribution. The reasons for this uneven distribution are the arrangement of outflow port and the friction of the lateral and bottom walls of the water flume. Finally, the linearly relationship between the frequency of converter and mean vertical velocity is presented by the means of least square method.

    The practical operation experiment system is composed four hierarchically levels structure for electronic information engineering in our school, i.e., the basic type, expanding type, the comprehensive level and the innovative model. Because the traditional experimental teaching system of "layered progress" has its inherent weakness, such as higher equipment cost, larger waste and serious pollution, we propose to combine physical experiments with virtual simulation experiments by developing and purchasing virtual simulation module. It then forms a new experimental teaching system of virtual-real combination and graduated progress. The new system achieves the purpose of complementary advantages of two laboratory teaching modes. To show the advantages of this new teaching system, we demonstrate two experiment teaching cases based on the virtual-real combination. Through blending modern technology and traditional experiment teaching, we not only enhance students the interest in learning and the ability in innovation or analysis, and also improve the experimental teaching quality and students learning efficiency. Thus, it has certain reference values for construction of engineering professional experiment teaching system.

    Experimental Design for Principle of DNS Based on Virtual Network Environment

    This paper introduces the principle of the DNS, and uses GNS3 and VirtualBox to build an experimental environment for the domain name system of private service. It also designs the experimental scheme of the DNS, and configures the WWW server and E-mail server. Using Wireshark is used to capture and analyze packets, the principle of the recursive query and iterative query is then introduced, the effects of the SOA record, NS record, A record, MX record and the principle of spoofing DNS are all explained, and the DNS work process is verified. The experiment lets the students better understand the working principle of DNS from both theory and practice. It enhances the practical ability and the comprehensive application ability of students.

    Design of the Friction Coefficient Measurement Bench for Dry Clutch Plates

    For automatic dry clutches, it is important to obtain the accurate friction torque to improve the control effect of the clutch. And the precision of the friction torque is largely dependent on the precision of the friction coefficient. So in order to analyze the relationship among friction coefficient, clamping force, rotate speed and surface temperature of dry clutch plates, a friction coefficient measurement bench is designed. The bench is made up of the mechanical system, the servo-motor control system and the data acquisition system. The mechanical system is composed of a base, a speed reducer, a spring and so on, it is mainly to achieve the manual pressure adjustment. The servo motor control system consists of a touch screen, a PLC controller, a servo motor drive and so on, it is mainly to achieve the control of the motor speed and direction. The data acquisition system consists of a single-chip, a computer and so on, it is to achieve the function of data acquisition and display. The experiments showed that the bench had the functions of controlling clamping force and rotate speed, and it could also collect signals of clamping force, rotate speed, friction torque, surface temperature and friction coefficient synchronously. The bench plays an important role in the friction coefficient research.

A mathematical model has been built in this paper based on micro biogas-gas turbine generator dynamic characteristics and lithium bromide refrigeration principle, its prototype is the electricity combined cooling heating and power miniature biogas-gas turbine generator system designed by Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, On this basis a mathematical model is established and simulation is tested, these works lay a foundation for further study of distributed miniature marsh gas generation system with function of combined cooling heating and power cogeneration.

    In order to realize experimental teaching system of “digital logic” course for computer major and resolve the problems with poor cohesion among hardware basic courses and professional courses, and weakness in engineering training, a digital logic simulation experiment platform based on secure encryption algorithm is proposed in this paper. Taking S-DES encryption algorithm secure system as an example, the principle of S-DES is introduced, and a graphical model of encryption algorithm is built by using Quartus II. In addition, the algorithm is programmed by using Visual C++. Simulation results are compared for the two methods. Experiments show that level of experiment course content and students’ consciousness of engineering practice are enhanced by introducing professional knowledge and implementing hardware basic experimental content with project idea.

    Digital electronic technology experiment is one of the specialized courses for the student majoring in electronics or related. The arbitrary waveform generator based on DDS is used to the digital electronic technology comprehensive virtual simulation experiment. This teaching case covers almost all core knowledge in the theory of digital electronic technology course, and has characteristic of strong comprehensive. It is convenient for students to master theoretical knowledge fragmentation in the course to build into a relatively complete knowledge system. Experiment results such as sine wave, rectangular wave, triangle wave, arbitrary wave and Lissajous figures can be observed through the oscilloscope. The students’ interests in learning are stimulated due to high presentation of experiment results. Practice shows that, comprehensive virtual simulation case can improve the students’ ability to design complex digital circuit system. It can also cultivate the students’ ability of practical innovation and engineering application. It achieved good teaching effect, and was beneficial to the improvement of teaching level.

    Simulation technology can realistically simulate the real world, cultivate students’ innovative practice ability, improve practical teaching effect. In view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of materials processing and controlling engineering, we designed a flatness control practical teaching platform based on simulation technology. The development of practical teaching platform divided into five modules: raw material preparation, rolling process control, flatness control foundation, flatness control strategy and flatness control training. The five modules contain all aspects of flatness control, and introduce from point to surface, from shallow to deep. The rolling temperature and thermal crown simulation were taken as examples, the process of modeling and simulation were introduced in detail. The teaching platform can stimulate students’ interest of learning, improve students’ practical ability, also can make the students handle the complex rolling conditions and the complex flatness control conditions.

    In order to follow up the indicative spirit of developing state-level virtual simulation experimental platform under the outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development, Chang’an University increased the investment for virtual experiments on the basis of current material foundation, and constructed virtual experimental platform with the background of traffic information and control. This paper states intension and requirement of the virtual experiment, framework and implementation method. Test for more than one year showed that the platform has run well with the ratio of 89.1 percent of virtual experiments to traditional experiments, and has been acclaimed by students and teachers.

    A construction scheme for urban rail transit CBTC system simulation laboratory was designed. The CBTC system consists of various subsystems, so it is highly integrated and has much equipment. According to the construction scheme, we built subsystems firstly and then integrated the whole system. Each subsystem can run the simulation experiment independently, and some experiments can also be completed by the whole system. Through reasonable planning, a complete CBTC system simulation environment was built in one laboratory. The scheme ensures the integrity of the whole CBTC system, and the integration of the equipment in the same laboratory also reduces the occupied area and reduces the cost of laboratory construction. It also provides reference for the similar laboratory construction.

    To embody the idea of mutual promotion between teaching and scientific research, and to meet the needs of teaching and research for speech signal processing, an integrated experimental platform for embedded speech signal processing is design by using Cortex-A8 microprocessor and WM8960 audio coding and decoding chip as core hardware. Moreover, an integrated experimental teaching and development software is designed on this platform by using QT development software. Then, the system hardware structure and transplant of driver are described. By taking an example of the speech enhancement algorithm based on spectral subtraction, the speech development process based on QT is introduced. Based on this experimental platform, students can master not only the basic knowledge of speech signal processing, but also the development process of embedded software for the speech application. The system had friendly interface and strong functions, can be used for the teaching of speech and signal processing in colleges and universities, and for the research and development of related topics on speech signal processing.

    In order to realize the function of DTU, a design of mine-used DTU system based on UCOS-II is given. The DTU uses the STM32F103VE as processor, and the real-time operating system (UCOS-II ) is transplanted to this CPU. The design scheme of the hardware and software of the system is introduced in this paper. The software is simplified, and the maintainability of the software is increased by using the real-time operating system. Through the debugging, the DTU system can meet the needs of the enterprises.

    Based on the heat-exchange station of Urumqi city Ronghe Qingjian heating company, this paper gave method to determine the pumps arrangement of the distributed system, by using distributed frequency conversion. Then, many dynamic windows of the heat-exchange station were established in the use of the MCGS configuration software on the basic of the data and graphics on site. Besides, PLC realized the functions of primary and secondary heat networks’ data acquisition and processing, communication with touch screen, and the setpoint control. In order to achieve the function of communication with the monitor center, the RS485/TCP module was used via the Modbus protocol, then, the monitor center achieved the function for every heat-exchange station with ‘three remote’ operation. The result of filed operation shows that this system is stable, the effect of energy saving is significant, successful solves the problem that different public buildings need different heat demand in different period. It is economic, comfort and energy saving.

    The current status can only open process control routine experiment, but cannot carry out the practice of teaching intelligent decoupling control. By using Siemens STEP7 programming software and configuration king software, the existing A3000 process control experimental devices were modified to develop a pressures-flow intelligent decoupling control system. Intelligent decoupling control strategy was introduced, program was developed, monitoring interface was designed and system debugging was operated. The experiment improved experimental conditions for intelligent decoupling control, it is meaningful for our hospital laboratory construction.

    Due to the lack of facilities for the automatic control of laboratory instruments of environmental problems, the reform used Labview software platform for experimental teaching to improve the facility agricultural science and engineering student’s practical ability. The course was divided into two sections: review of theoretical knowledge and experiment. The experiment also consisted of innovative part, to provide students with a combined environment of theoretical and practical trains. According to survey results, 85% of students were able to complete programming independently and 81% of students were able to optimize all four parameters in innovative part. This reform helps facility agricultural science and engineering students to understand and master the main points of the course, improves the ability of engineering practice, and enhances students’ knowledge structure and their ability of independence thinking and innovation.

    College used book trade is different from the general online shopping. Recommendation engine applied common recommendation algorithm cannot be very good to recommend. In order to make students’ used book shopping site better to recommend books to users, to improve the accuracy of the results and the efficiency of recommendation, based on the original recommendation module, the paper proposed a suitable mode for shopping website of used books recommendation engine with an optimal recommendation algorithm module. The new algorithm module has the following characteristics: (1) Based on the items of the recommendation algorithm, books’ scores and "old and new" factors are taken into consideration to optimize recommendation results; (2) For the convenience of users purchase, a new packaged recommendation function is added, so users can buy the required books by pushing one key; (3) According to the fact that the needs of students can be predicted, the recommendation algorithm was designed based on time nodes.

    To explore the novel teaching pattern of the experimental course, a composite of online course with flipped classroom and on-site experiment is proposed, and was applied to physiological science experiments course in Zhejiang University. The effects of novel teaching pattern was evaluated by a 7 scale questionnaire survey conducted among 359 students from 12 classes. Statistical results showed that the students rated highly the course design and agreed that the novel teaching pattern improved students’ interest in learning, promoted independent learning and active learning. The study demonstrated that students’ self-learning ability, in particular, practical ability, scientific writing ability have improved significantly under the novel teaching mode. Students’ knowledge comprehensive ability, capability for experimental design, questioning and problem-solving skills in scientific research were improved as well. The teaching pattern of physiological science experiments composed of online courses, flipped classroom and on-site experiments improves teaching quality and students’ comprehensive ability.

    Project teaching is a question-oriented teaching mode. Teaching project design is a key section of project-based teaching. This paper discussed the problems existing in the teaching of mechanical optimization design. According to the characteristic of the course, project teaching can improve teaching quality. On the basis of the student’s enhancement on the application of the theory, a real example of belt and chain drives optimization problem is selected as a teaching project. It is established the optimal design model including objective function, constraints etc. The optimal design model is solved through chart data, model realization and reconciliation by using Microsoft Excel. In this way, it has the advantages of simple modeling process, high speed of optimization design, high readability of design data and high level of design automation and so on. So it can save a lot of time and make the design process more convenient. This project can achieve the teaching-learning-doing combination and cultivation of students’ application ability. Teaching practice shows that the project-oriented teaching can raise the interests of students in learning and the ability to solve practical problems.

    Boling class in Nankai University is an experimental class with “the Plan for Cultivating Top-notch Students of Basic Disciplines”. Based on the importance and advantages of Boling class majored in Biological Sciences, the teaching group has carried out reform, such as adding the experiment teaching content, improving the experiment teaching mode and establishing the incentive mechanism for teachers and students to explore a new path of biochemical experiment teaching. These methods have effectively improved students’ innovative practical ability and teachers’ comprehensive business level. Simultaneously, a diversified laboratory management model was established to closely follow the pace of the reform in the experimental teaching. Reformed teaching system has been applied in biochemistry experiment to Boling class for four years, and good experiment teaching effect has been obtained. The reform not only improves students’ scientific literacy, but also stimulates students’ innovation ability, and has played an important role in the talent cultivation of Boling class.

With the talent training philosophy of “people-orientation”, this paper puts forward the “three-transfer” mode to stimulate renovation, namely, transferring teachers’ dominant role in classroom teaching to a guiding role; transferring the students’ passive knowledge learning to autonomous cultivation of learning ability by revising the objective of personnel training plan; transferring the education administers’ duty of inspections and examinations into guidance and motivation. A lot of beneficial explorations have been done in terms of “role transferring” in the three key factors (teachers, students and education managers),these measures are proved to be practical and efficient by years of practice, and can provide a new way for applied talents training of the similar colleges.

    For the current RLC series resonant circuit experiment, its content and requirements are relatively simple and limited to the reproduction of the basic principles of resonance positioning; therefore, there is a lack of a “starting point” to guide students to think deeply about the circuit. A new cycle of research and development has resulted in the building of a non-sinusoidal signal decomposition synthesis and harmonic generation experiment box. This box is designed to have a series resonant circuit for comprehensive experiment (Part I) which is the periodic non-sinusoidal signals decomposition and synthesis, including experimental circuit structures, experimental operation of signal decomposition and synthesis, and model validation. This guides students to explore their own tasks and enhance their own supplementary experiments. Teaching practice shows that the integrated circuit can help students improve their experiments from a different perspective. Understanding the basic principles and the value of the series resonant circuit can stimulate students to hand on experience and describe the differences between the ideal circuit model and the actual circuit. This will lead students to developing an interest in learning more.

    The new experiment teaching mode for “Heat Transfer” is one of reform achievements in our college, by taking America as lessons. Instead of traditional experiment teaching mode, we focus on students. Firstly, students have some comprehensive experiments, in which, they could master the professional knowledge better and enhance the ability of practice; Secondly, students are trained to solve practice problems by having projects, in which, they could enhance the professional skills, exploration ability, innovation capability and cooperation ability. Basic platform construction and learning factory construction are solid foundations of the practical teaching reform.     Because circuit analysis course coverts a large amount of knowledge and information, has less number of course hours and the theoretical analysis process is boring, students generally have lower interest in learning. Although the computer simulation demonstration can deepen the understanding of knowledge points, can make abstract knowledge points become intuitive, but it is not as impressive as the physical demonstration. In order to meet the training requirements of innovative talents in the new period, four demonstration experiments which are “external characteristics testing experiment of components”, “DC power experiment”, “temperature testing experiment” and “digital to analog conversion experiment” are designed using a laptop, NI myDAQ and breadboard. Design requirements and design ideas of the demonstration experiments, as well as the concrete realization scheme of each demonstration experiment are introduced in detail, including experimental purpose, experimental principle, realization scheme and experimental results. If they are applied in the classroom teaching of Circuit Analysis Courses, it can not only deepen the students’ understanding of the knowledge, but also stimulate their enthusiasm in the class, develop their engineering consciousness and innovative thinking.

    There exist some common contradictions in experimental teaching in the economics & management majors, such as teaching time reducing, the content updating and increasing, students’ self-study ability decreasing, and lack of laboratory resources utilization. The article chooses ERP courses as the research object, depending on qualitative and quantitative methods, discusses the teaching modes about autonomous learning under the platform of open laboratory, and puts forward proposals about the teaching material selecting, teaching process optimizing, teaching method and evaluation reforming, so as to cultivate students’ self-learning ability, achieve better teaching effect, and resolve conflicts related to the experiment teaching. The results show that the mode is welcomed by almost all the students and improved their self-learning ability, meanwhile, the related data provide qualitative reference for further optimization of the mode.

    The paper proposed that the innovation and entrepreneurship education should integrate into the whole process of cultivation of professional talents. The construction for professional core competence should rely on multi-elemental reform so that a model of collaborative education for applied talent which could meet the need for modern horticulture and food industry in the Pearl River Delta was set up. The collaborative education platform for horticulture and food science was constructed to train an excellent teaching team through the cultivation of "double qualification" by integrating teacher team inside and outside the school. The platform integrated all the practical teaching resources of the school to construct a Food and Horticulture Experimental Teaching Centre, which now became a provincial experimental teaching demonstration center. The platform paid more attention to the combination of government, industry and research and collaborative innovation, and constructed two provincial college students practice bases outside the school. The aim of the platform is to cultivate modern gardening and food inter-disciplinary talents which have knowledge, understand technology, and have good management and operation experience through the implementation of the combination of the school skills training and off campus comprehensive practice.

    A comprehensive course design was carried out for strengthening the practical ability of student to learn knowledge and train ability. Traffic delay was a sub-task in the course design of traffic management and control. It can be got in many ways. The most common methods are the point sample method, HCM model, VISSIM simulation. Firstly, the basic principles of the three methods were fully understood for students. The relevant data should be surveyed on the basic principles of the three methods. Then the traffic delay was calculated by using the three methods. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared and analyzed. It was found that the course design was a good exercise for students to discover problems, analyze and solve the problems. The effect of the course design was good, and the course design has certain promotion significance.

    Firstly, the paper analyzes the problems about the examining system in the current engineering training, including disconformities of test content and training content, singleness of function, waste of resources. Then, on these basis, a new multi-functional personalized examination system is put forward. The system is characterized by the following three aspects. Firstly, the new test system enables students to compose the test paper and select the examined content according to their own training situation, thus this new test system completely solves the problem that the test content and training content does not match. Secondly, the new test system additionally possesses the reservation function. Students can make appointments of innovative projects in advance in Open Laboratory. This ensures an order conduct of Open Laboratory. Thirdly, the new test system possesses the evaluation function to the teachers in addition. Students can evaluate teaching quality and effectiveness of the teachers. This new examining system is confirmed to be effective and successful by the practice in Industry Training Center of South China University of Technology, especially, in the students' self-composing test paper, the order operation of Open Laboratory and the teachers’ self-inspection. Consequently, the new testing system greatly enhances the quality of the teaching jobs of industry training.

Combined with the characteristics of college language lab in teaching and management and the advantages of cloud computing, a new speech lab was designed based on cloud computing and application scenarios. The speech lab has the characteristics of strong function, low cost, easy management and high security. Using cloud computing environment of language laboratory can greatly enrich the teachers' teaching methods, change traditional classroom teacher oriented teaching, also make teachers and students form one-to-one teaching, asynchronous teaching mode is possible. It greatly improves students' learning enthusiasm and initiative and teaching efficiency, can effectively reduce the equipment maintenance and management, and realizes the efficient management.

    In view of the problems of laboratory management in newly established universities, which include that the laboratory experiment management staff is limited, experiment teaching responsibilities are not clear, experimental equipment utilization rate is low, the enthusiasm of the teachers and the students is lack of the initiative, we propose "Claim System" management mode of experimental teaching. Through claiming the laboratory, the teachers can carry out experiment teaching, make research and innovation, guide students to operate in science and technology activities, and change the status quo of the confusion laboratory management. After three years of exploration and practice, the “Claim System” of laboratory management has achieved good results.

    In order to meet electrical information specialty practice teaching requirements of industrial robots, automatic control, machine vision and other advanced technology, improve the independent innovation ability, entrepreneurship and practice ability of engineering students, a robot experimental system was designed and developed. Combining virtual simulation technology, internet technology with specialty requirement, a virtual experiment object was designed to expand the experimental content. In order to facilitate the management of virtual teaching resources, according to the characteristics of subject and virtual experiment teaching, a unified network management platform was established to expand the scale of sharing. A "331" virtual simulation experiment teaching management system which has three centers, three levels and the integration of construction, was explored. That system promotes the development and construction of virtual teaching resources, promotes the informatization construction of experimental teaching in college, and will open up a new path for the innovation of experimental teaching reform.

    The university laboratory is an essential base of talent training, scientific research and social service. Based on the construction and practice of laboratories in the information management and information system majors at South-central University for Nationnalities, this paper puts forward measures of lab construction. According to talent training goal, construction goal and construction content of the laboratory are established, a 4435 experimental teaching system is built up curriculum system of experimental teaching and experimental team are strengthened, training model is reformed. These measures support training goal of application-oriented talents, and cultivate compound type, innovative type, open type talents. By these measures, the ability of the practical ability, employment and comprehensive quality are all improved, the abilities of teaching, research and serving local economy of double type teachers are obviously enhanced.

    In large-scale analytical instrument teaching practice, the main scene graph is that many students stand around the only one machine and listen to the teacher’s speaking in a narrow room. In order to promote the teaching quality, enhance student’s practice ability, innovation ability and collaboration ability, we tried to establish a new pedagogics which is a closed ring of theory explanation—microlecture—accurate in-depth—self test assessment—innovation boosting. The pedagogics has been realized through a teaching management web site, and thus we groped a valid instrument teaching practice with supervisor state. We summarized the advantages of this supervisor state in three aspects: 1. The key points of the experiment can be popularized; 2. Large-scale analytical instrument teaching practice can be carried out effectively; 3. It promotes students’ learning autonomy, learning desire, innovation ability. 4. It provides full process data support for a fare judgment of the student's score.

    In order to guarantee availability and service life of instrumentation and equipment, and improve the maintenance management level in colleges and universities, the maintenance management situation was analyzed by investigating 33 agricultural and forestry universities in China and 16 universities in Guangdong Province. Based on the investigation, main problems existed in present instrumentation and equipment maintenance management were researched, including lack of knowledge of the importance, imperfect regulations, weak technical support, and incomplete financial and management system. Strategies were proposed from deepening understanding, setting proper working mechanism, improving personnel construction, exploring maintenance mode, and developing the regulations and other aspects to strengthen instrumentation and equipment maintenance management and to improve the management level in colleges and universities.

    Based on the analysis of the information construction of equipment purchasing in colleges and universities, focusing on the 2015 Management Information System of Equipment Purchasing of Xi’an Jiaotong University, this article analyzes the construction targets of object-oriented management system, system framework and related operation processes. The main target is to build up uniform equipment purchasing management information platform. System framework is divided into physical layer, persistence layer, operation logic layer and presentation layer. The key point is different for different equipment purchasing types. The results show that the new system with characteristics of high efficiency, safety and standardized processes as well as innovative features can meet the increasing business requirements and integrate the existing data from different platforms in campus.

    The government increases the investment in education. Procurement and scale are increasing. It is a high incidence of malpractice in college government purchase. However, as the strengthen central opposing corruption and advocating honest efforts, the subjective job-related crimes are reducing, but no-subjective derelictions of duty are still frequent because of concealment and less attention. The phenomenon is not a crime, so there is no attention. In this paper, the no-subjective derelictions of duty on college government purchase are discussed and tried to solve them from the ability of purchasing staffs, system construction, supporting measures of purchase, the preservation of the procurement documents, and the responsibilities of the audit and supervision department. In order to improve the procurement efficiency, perfect college purchase system, we should strengthen the cooperation between purchasing each link, and reduce the purchasing cost.

    It has become a social consensus that colleges and universities should change to train applied undergraduates with the popularization of higher education in our country.Experimental teaching plays a vital role in the cultivation of talents in chemistry and related disciplines. Based on the main problems of safety management of the chemistry laboratory, combined with summary and thinking of technology security work in local colleges at the present, the laboratorial safety management and cultural development are preliminarily studied. This paper puts forward to set up the technology security system of laboratory, whose contents contain the laboratory safety management, promoting the quality of teachers, strengthening the safety education for students, establishing the chemicals information management framework and making chemical accident emergency rescue preplan. Creating a laboratory safety culture environment is also necessary, since it has the important sense for providing support for teaching and scientific research work. For chemical laboratories in a university, safety management connotation is very complex; there are a lot of works waiting to be optimized such as hardware resource integration, emergency mechanism and so on.

We conducted a survey of the current situation of laboratory safety management in our school from five aspects: organization and personnel, safety responsibility and system construction, project meetings and safety inspection, safety education, emergency plans and exercises. By analysis of the survey, we put forward a "Five-in-One" safety management system that will provide a reference for how to strengthen the safety management of laboratory.

    University scientific research laboratories work as important platforms for personnel training and scientific research, and chemical substance management is particularly important for research laboratories in universities. Based on the analysis of current situation of chemical substance management of university research laboratories, combing their characteristics such as being difficult to predict safety accidents, lack of unified student management, frequent adjustment for research projects, various kinds of dangerous chemicals, and unclear responsibility of chemicals management, this paper formulates chemical substance safety management process of scientific research laboratories including standardizing their purchasing process, managing well their storage, strictly controlling their use and disposal. Also the paper puts forward implementing measures of chemical substance management in scientific research laboratories, including defining responsibility to people, strengthening management training. It hopes that the research can provide reference and suggestions for the university laboratory management and their chemical substance management in China.
