From Social Mechanism to Knowledge Transformation: A Transknowlogical Reconstruction of the System Manipulation Norms Framework
社会学进路的翻译研究长于描述翻译活动的社会机制,却疏于追问其知识论本质。本文在知识翻译学视域下,将翻译活动重新定义为“地方性知识通过社会运作实现世界性转化的过程”。据此,系统论、调控论、规范论都被赋予新的知识论意涵:系统是知识转化的制度化场域,调控是知识重构的创造性操作,规范是知识合法化的门槛。三者形成互动机制,共同服务于知识从地方性向世界性的转化。这一框架与杨枫的“去地方性—再地方性—跨地方性—世界性”知识流转四维框架形成互补,后者揭示目的论路径,前者揭示实现该路径的社会运作机制。由此,翻译研究得以从“社会描述”跃升至“知识转化”的价值论追问。
