摘要

《临床输血学检验》是医学检验专业重要必修课程。课程内容不仅涵盖输血相关理论知识和技术操作还涉及输血制度与法律法规，承载着培养学生职业素养、法治意识及人文精神的重要使命。为实现专业教育与思政育人的有机融合，本教学团队构建了基于混合式教学的课程思政教学模式，通过线上线下整合多平台支持；课内课外多维度融入；注重效果反馈和团队素质培养，全面配合课程思政的实施，旨在以润物细无声的方式培养学生“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医者精神。教学实践和学生反馈表明，基于混合式教学的课程思政模式能够有效达成教学和课程思政目标，取得更好的育人效果，为医学检验专业课程思政建设提供了可借鉴的经验，对培养高素质医学检验人才具有积极意义。
