摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）的全病程管理因疾病动态进展特性，亟需突破传统静态照护模式，构建精准化干预体系。本文基于Cameron时机理论（timing it right, TIR）的“阶段适配性”与“时间敏感性”核心框架，系统整合国内外研究证据，结合COPD急性加重期与稳定期的临床场景，梳理戒烟干预、呼吸训练、运动康复、健康教育及居家照护等关键环节的应用研究，为COPD患者全周期管理提供“时机精准、阶段适配”的动态护理参考路径。

Abstract

The full-course management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requires breaking through the traditional static nursing model and establishing a precise intervention system due to the dynamic progression characteristics of the disease. Based on the core framework of "phase adaptability" and "time sensitivity" of Cameron's timing it right (TIR) theory, this article systematically integrates domestic and international research evidence, focuses on the two major disease phases (acute exacerbation and stability) of COPD, and summarizes the application progress in key steps including smoking cessation intervention, respiratory training, exercise rehabilitation, health education, and home care, so as to provide a dynamic nursing reference pathway of "precise timing and phase-appropriateness" for the full-course management of COPD patients.
