摘要:
近年来,机器人和人工智能(AI)的发展突飞猛进,逐步扩展到所有外科领域。经历腹腔镜手术带来的第一次重大变革后,疝手术也进入了机器人和AI时代。本文回顾了机器人手术应用在疝手术的里程碑事件以及国产机器人的快速发展。AI主要包含四个领域:机器学习、自然语言处理、人工神经网络和计算机视觉。本文介绍目前国内、外AI已能运用于实际病例的术前危险因素分析、术中导航及术后并发症预测模型,并阐释目前技术的局限性及伦理问题,展望将来的发展方向。外科医师应重视并关注机器人和AI的最新发展并应用到临床,从而造福病人。
