摘要

经肛全直肠系膜切除术（transanal total mesorectal excision，taTME）是一种新的低位直肠癌切除手术方式，通常在腹腔镜辅助下进行。本综述在回顾其发展历程的基础上，较详细复习其术前评估、术后并发症、机器人辅助taTME、近期预后以及目前存在的争议。taTME的微创技术仍处于探索阶段。关于远期预后和肿瘤学结果，需要高级别的循证医学证据和国际多中心临床研究予以论证。

Abstract

Transanal total mesorectal excision (taTME), usually assisted with laparoscopy, is a new surgical technique for low rectal cancer resection. The preoperative evaluation, postoperative complication, robot assisted taTME, short prognosis and present dispute were included in this review, based on looking back of development history. Minimally invasive technology of taTME still located in explored stage. High-grade evidence-based medicine and the international multicenter clinical study were needed for the demonstration of long-term prognosis and effect of oncology.
