内窥镜直视下二次假体隆乳术的临床疗效

摘要： 目的探讨内窥镜直视下行二次假体隆乳后的效果和相关并发症。方法 2012年2月至2015年6月,对60例有二次假体隆乳需求的患者进行内窥镜直视下二次假体隆乳术。二次假体隆乳的原因包括:对首次隆乳后乳房大小仍未满意的,有严重包膜挛缩的,以及出现术后假体破裂的。本组患者术后随访1年,以了解患者术后相关并发症发生情况和患者对术后效果的满意度。结果 60例患者均顺利完成手术。所有患者无假体移位、假体破裂等并发症出现。3例患者出现Ⅲ度纤维包膜挛缩。其余57例患者术后乳房圆润饱满,手感柔软,术后效果满意。结论内窥镜直视下二次假体隆乳术具有直视下彻底止血,包膜松解分离彻底,腔隙剥离彻底的优点,并且避免了在乳头乳晕形成切口瘢痕,术后效果良好,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and complication of the secondary breast augmentation with assisted endoscopy.Methods From February 2012 to June 2015,endoscopy assisted breast augmentation was performed on 60 patients who needed revisionary breast augmentation.The patients who were not satisfied with the outcome,who suffered severe fibrous capsule contracture and the patents who suffered prosthesis fracture were included.All the patients were evaluated for efficacy and complications.The follow up period was 1 year.Results The procedure was performed successfully on 60 patients.No prosthesis rupture or prosthesis displacement was found.Except 3 patients who suffered from grade Ⅲ Baker?fibrous capsule contracture again,all the patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion With assisted endoscopy,homeostasis,proper visualization,dissection of fibrous capsule and prosthesis space have been facilitated,at the same time,cosmetic benefits for patients have been maximized through limiting and camouflaging scars.In conclusion,endoscopy assisted breast augmentation is worth promoting.
