摘要： 自体血小板浓缩制品(Platelet concentrates,PC)可分泌多种生长因子及细胞黏附分子,对组织的修复和再生有重要作用,在大量临床前研究的基础上,目前已逐渐开展临床实验。但是,对于PC的使用方法、疗效和安全性尚存在争议。我们系统回顾了PC在脂肪移植、面部年轻化、瘢痕及秃头症方面的临床应用研究,对其在整形美容外科的临床研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Autologous platelet concentrates could promote tissue healing and regeneration by the secretion of various bioactive molecules. On the basis of many pre-clinical researches, clinical studies have been conducted regarding their use in plastic and aesthetic surgery. However, their applications, efficiency and security are still controversial. In this paper, clinical studies of their use in fat grafting, facial rejuvenation and the treatment of scar and alopecia were reviewed.
