摘要: 目的应用数字化技术对面中裂鼻畸形患者进行术前设计,在虚拟截骨和植骨基础上进行整复手术,观察手术效果。方法选取面中裂鼻宽大畸形患者,术前行三维CT扫描,应用Mimics 10.01进行图像分析,虚拟截骨,规划截骨范围和骨块移动方向、距离。术后行头颅三维CT扫描,观察修复后的形态,评估手术效果。结果手术无明显并发症;患者对手术效果满意。结论数字化技术有利于提高手术前规划的精确性、可控性,有利于提高手术效果,并可减少术中创伤。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of virtual osteotomy and bone graft association with digital techniques in treating patient with middle facial cleft and nasal malformation. Methods The patient with middle facial cleft and nasal malformation was included in the study. After CT scanning, the 3D image was analyzed by Mimics 10.01 and virtual osteotomy was performed. The range of osteotomy, direction and distance of bone block movement were all preplanned. Results No serious complication was observed and the patient was satisfied with the results. Conclusion Though using digital technology, the effects of operation could be improved according to an accurate and controllable preoperation plan .
