摘要: 淋巴水肿是因各种原因引起的淋巴管输送功能障碍、淋巴回流受阻而引发的组织间隙病理性蛋白聚集,严重影响患者的生存质量。血管化淋巴结移植(Vascularized lymph node transfer,VLNT)可显著缓解淋巴水肿、降低蜂窝组织炎发生率,具有较高的安全性和有效性,已成为目前治疗淋巴水肿的优选方案,但其治疗机制尚不完全清楚。本文对VLNT动物模型的研究进展进行综述,为深入研究VLNT的治疗机制及术式更新提供动物模型参考。

Abstract: Lymphedema is pathological protein accumulation in the interstitial space caused by the dysfunction of lymphatic conveyance and the obstruction of lymphatic drainage, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. Vascularized lymph node transfer (VLNT) can significantly alleviate lymphedema volume and decrease the incidence of cellulitis, and has the initial promising safety and effectiveness. VLNT has become the preferred treatment for lymphedema at present, but its functional mechanisms are not fully understood. In this paper, the research progress of VLNT animal models was reviewed, aiming to provide animal model references for in-depth study of VLNT functional mechanisms and surgical procedures update.
