病理性瘢痕包括瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕，不仅影响美观，而且危害患者的日常生活和心理健康。近年来，病理性瘢痕的发病机制研究取得了一定的进展，但仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。本文综述了病理性瘢痕的多组学方法研究进展，包括基因组学、表观基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学和单细胞组学等，旨在为新型治疗方法的研发提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Pathologic scars， including keloids and hypertrophic scars， not only affect aesthetics but also compromise

patients' daily lives and psychological well-being. Despite recent progress in understanding the pathogenesis of pathologic

scars， effective treatments remain a challenge. In this paper， the research advancements of multi-omics approaches for

pathologic scars were summarized， encompassing genomics， epigenomics， transcriptomics， proteomics， metabolomics， and

single-cell omics. By providing a comprehensive overview of these cutting-edge techniques， the review aimed to inspire novel

therapeutic strategies for the management of pathologic scars.
