目的 观察负压引流联合自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 自2016年7月至2018年2月,将60例糖尿病足溃疡(Diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组采用自体富血小板凝胶(Autologous platelet-rich gel,APG)联合封闭负压引流(Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗,对照组仅采用VSD治疗。比较两组患者的治愈率、愈合时间、创面细菌转阴时间及组织学表现。结果 实验组各时间点治愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组创面愈合时间、细菌转阴时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VSD联合APG治疗DFU具有促进创面愈合及缩短愈合时间的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with autologous platelet-rich gel(APG)for the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From July 2016 to February 2018,60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The experimental group was treated by VSD combined with APG,while the control group was treated by VSD only.The cure rate,healing time,time of bacterial turnover and histological appearance of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at all time points(P<0.05).The time of wound healing and bacterial turnover in experimental group were both lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with APG for the treatment of DFU is effective in promoting the wound healing and shortening the healing time.
