摘要

目的 通过比较不同连接方式对赝复体的固位效果,明确颧种植支持式赝复体修复双侧上颌骨缺损较理想的连接方式。方法 通过对10例临床患者以2种不同方式连接颧种植支持式赝复体,观察修复后的外形、咀嚼及语音功能恢复等情况进行量化评分,比较2种不同连接方式的修复效果。结果 金沉积研磨杆连接方式的患者,术后咀嚼时不易发生脱位,评分明显高于磁性固位体连接的患者,其他各项评分差异并不明显。结论 金沉积研磨杆连接方式是颧种植支持式赝复体修复双侧上颌骨缺损较理想的连接方式。

Abstract

Objective To explore the ideal connection pattern of zygomatic implants supported prosthetics for functional restoration of maxillary defection by comparing the retentive efficiency of different connection pattern.Methods The patents'functional rehabilitations such as appearance,chewing function,pronunciation in 10 maxilla defection patients restored with two different connection types of zygomatic implants supported prosthetics were evaluated quantitatively,and the repair effects of the two connection patterns were compared.Results Comparing with magnetic attachment,galvanized golden frames and milling bar had higher score of dislocation during chewing movement.Other scores were not significantly different.Conclusion Galvanized golden frames and milling bar is the ideal connection pattern of zygomatic implants supported prosthetics for functional restoration of maxillary defection.
