目的 探讨小针刀辅助透明质酸填充联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗重度眉间纹的效果。方法 对15例重度眉间纹患者,采用小针刀在皱纹皮下层先行松解,然后给予透明质酸注射填充,再联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗。采用面部整体美容效果改善量表评估治疗效果。结果 注射后患者眉间纹改善明显,治疗有效率为86.7%。结论 采用小针刀辅助透明质酸填充联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗重度眉间纹,操作方便、安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of small needle knife-assisted aluronic acid combined with botulinum toxin injection in the treatment of glabellar frown line.Methods Fifteen patients with severe glabellar frown line were included and treated with aluronic acid injection assisted by small needle knife for subcutaneous release,and botulinum toxin was injected later.Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS)was used to assess the effect.Results Aesthetic improvements were observed.The effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion Small needle knife-assisted aluronic acid combined with botulinum toxin injection is convenient,safe and effective in the treatment of glabellar frown line.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
