摘要

真皮层成纤维细胞分为两种不同的亚型,即真皮浅层的乳头状成纤维细胞(Papillary Fibroblasts,Fp)与真皮深层的网状成纤维细胞(Reticular Fibroblasts,Fr),在细胞功能、分化潜能等方面均存在明显差异,在创伤愈合、毛囊形成与再生以及皮肤老化中的作用亦有不同。本文对两种细胞的形态、功能、来源、分化及特异性表达等方面的不同,以及两者在皮肤再生与稳态维持中的作用进行综述。

Abstract

Dermal fibroblasts divide into distinct subpopulation lineages:papillary fibroblasts(Fp)in superficial dermis layer,and reticular fibroblasts(Fr)in deep dermis layer.The two lineages have differences not only in cell functions and differentiation potentials,but also in wound healing,hair follicle formation,neogenesis,and skin senescence.In this paper,the differences of cell morphology,function,source,differentiation,specific expression between the two lineages,and their role in skin regeneration and maintaining homeostasis were all reviewed.
