目的 探索超声引导下星状神经节阻滞(SGB)对缓解眼眶重建术后疼痛的效果。方法 选择80例眼眶重建患者,随机数字表法分为SGB组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。PACU期间,SGB组经超声引导下于左侧第6颈椎水平行SGB操作,注入0.25%左旋布比卡因8 m L;对照组未作处理。于注射后1、2、4、24 h行疼痛评估;于注射前和注射后1、2、4、24 h测眼内压;记录治疗或随访期间的不良反应。结果 与对照组相比,SGB组注射后2、4、24 h疼痛程度和注射后1、2、4 h眼内压均降低,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下星状神经节阻滞(SGB)能有效缓解眼眶重建术后疼痛,并能降低眼压。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of stellate ganglion block(SGB)in the easement of pain after orbital reconstruction.Methods Eighty patients undergoing orbital reconstruction were randomly assigned to two groups:SGB group(n=40)and control group(n=40).In PACU,SGB was performed successfully under sonography guidance using 8 mL of 0.25%bupivacaine in the SGB group,while no intervention was given in the control group.The effectiveness of the pain-relief was evaluated 1,2,4 and 24 hours after intervention The intraocular pressure was evaluated before intervention and 1,2,4,24 hours after intervention.The incidence of adverse events during intervention or follow-up was recorded.Results Compared with control group,the pain degree of the SGB group decreased 2,4 and 24 hours after injection,intraocular pressure decreased 1,2 and 4 hours after injection,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SGB is significantly effective in the easement of pain and reduction of intraocular pressure after orbital reconstruction.
