摘要

巨噬细胞在创面愈合过程中具有关键作用,通过多种机制参与炎症、增殖和重塑过程。研究表明,巨噬细胞数量、亚型和功能的变化,直接或间接影响着创面的炎症状态和修复重建等生理活动。我们对近年来有关皮肤软组织创面愈合过程中巨噬细胞调控机制研究的相关文献进行回顾综述,以期为创面愈合相关基础和临床研究提供帮助。

Abstract

Macrophages play a key role in wound healing process,and participate in the process of inflammation,proliferation and remodeling through a variety of mechanisms.Studies have shown that changes in the number,subtype and function of macrophages directly or indirectly affect the inflammatory state and the physiological activities,such as the process of reconstruction.In this paper,the related literatures on the regulation mechanism of macrophage during skin and soft tissue wound healing in recent years were reviewed,in order to guide the basic and clinical research of wound healing.
