目的探索强脉冲光联合点阵铒激光治疗儿童外伤后瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 2017年7月到2019年6月,共107例外伤后瘢痕患儿纳入研究,平均年龄(3.97±3.14)岁,均采用强脉冲光联合点阵铒激光治疗。以改良后温哥华瘢痕量表及瘙痒语言评分量表进行疗效评价,并记录并发症情况。结果 107例患儿共进行353次激光治疗;根据改良后温哥华瘢痕量表评分,治疗后瘢痕的充血程度、厚度及柔韧度评分及总分均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗前瘢痕瘙痒评分为(1.55±1.16),治疗后为(0.86±0.93),分值明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后不良反应共16例。结论强脉冲光联合点阵铒激光治疗儿童外伤后瘢痕,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with fractional Er:YAG laser in the treatment of post-traumatic scar in children. Methods From July 2017 to June 2019, 107 children with post-traumatic scar were included in the study, with an average age of(3.97 ±3.14) years, and were all treated with intense pulsed light combined with fractional Er:YAG laser. The modified VSS and VRS were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the complications were recorded. Results A total of 107 children were treated by 353 laser treatments. According to the modified VSS, the score of hyperemia, thickness, flexibility and total score decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The VRS score before scar treatment was 1.55±1.16, and after scar treatment was 0.86±0.93, which was significantly lower(P <0.05). There were 16 cases of adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with fractional Er:YAG laser in the treatment of post-traumatic scar in children has obvious curative effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
