放射治疗可有效利用放射线对瘢痕局部进行照射,是治疗瘢痕的方法之一。近年来,应用手术加放射治疗瘢痕的综合疗法取得了一定的突破和进展。本文从病理性瘢痕的放射治疗原理,常用放射源和方法的选择,电子线及X射线放射治疗技术的应用,以及瘢痕放射治疗的不良反应及防范措施等方面,对病理性瘢痕的放射治疗技术和临床研究进展进行综述。

Radiotherapy technique is an effective way to treat pathological scars. Great progress has been made on thetreatment of scars with surgery and radiotherapy in recent years. From the aspect of the treatment principle of radiotherapy, selection of common radiation sources and methods, applications of electron ray and X ray radiotherapy technologies, adverse reactions and corresponding measures, the clinical research and development of radiotherapy technique for pathological scars were reviewed.
