目的 探讨阶段性护理干预在头面部瘢痕疙瘩中的应用效果。方法 2014年4月至2017年4月,共62例头面部瘢痕疙瘩患者,随机分为对照组及研究组(n=31)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上给予阶段性护理干预,评价两组患者的治疗效果及焦虑、抑郁状态,统计不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为64.52%、54.84%,差异明显(P<0.05);研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组未出现不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为22.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对头面部瘢痕疙瘩患者应用阶段性护理干预,可缓解患者心理应激反应,消除不良情绪,增加治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of periodic nursing intervention in head and face keloid.Methods From April 2014 to April 2017,62 cases with head and face keloid were included,and were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and study group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in study group were given periodic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The nursing effect,anxiety and depression status of the two groups were evaluated.The adverse reactions and complications of the patients were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group and control group was 64.52%and 54.84%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of study group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);No adverse reaction was observed in the study group,and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 22.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of periodic nursing intervention in head and face keloid can alleviate psychological stress reaction,eliminate the bad feelings and increase the cosmetic effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
