摘要

血小板浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factors,CGF)是第三代自体血小板浓缩制品,可分泌多种生物体细胞生长因子,并提供纤维蛋白基质结构。本文就其在整复外科领域中的应用疗效及安全性等问题进行系统回顾。

Abstract

Concentrated growth factors (CGF) are the third-generation autologous platelet concentrates, which contain multiple of growth factors and fibrin matrix. In this paper, the application efficacy and safety of CGF in plastic and reconstructive surgery were reviewed.
