腹壁整形术分为很多种类,其中脂肪抽吸腹壁整形术联合了吸脂术和腹部整形术两种技术,是目前广泛应用的术式之一。通过肿胀技术的应用、抽吸套管的改良、脐旁的高张力缝合等技术,大大减少了血肿、皮肤坏死等并发症的发生。本文对脂肪抽吸腹壁整形术的临床进展进行综述。

Abdominoplasty is divided into many types according to individual differences. Lipo-abdominoplasty,combined liposuction and abdominoplasty, is widely used at present. By applying the tumescent technique, suction casing and paraumbilical high tension suture and other techniques, the skin necrosis, hematoma and other complications are greatly reduced. In this paper, the reserch progress of lipo-abdominoplasty was reviewed.
