Varieties of ways for the treatment of facial angiofibroma of tuberous sclerosis complex have been demonstrated recently, including surgical and medical therapy. All the treatment achieved good therapeutic effect, but the choice depends on the clinical manifestations and patient's request. In this paper, according to the latest literature on this subject, different therapies and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed.
