摘要

目的 探讨下斜方肌肌皮瓣修复头颈部深度电烧伤创面的效果。方法 2007年起,应用下斜方肌肌皮瓣转移修复5例头颈部严重电烧伤患者创面。结果 5例下斜方肌肌皮瓣全部成活。术后随访3~24个月,头颈部外形和功能恢复满意,无肩胛下垂畸形。结论 下斜方肌肌皮瓣血运可靠,手术切取简便安全,抗感染能力强,对肩关节影响小,是修复头颈部深度电烧伤创面的有效方法。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of inferior trapezius myocutaneous flap for repairing high-voltage electrical injury in head and neck region. Methods Since 2007, 5 patients with high-voltage electrical injury in head and neck region were treated with inferior trapezius myocutaneous flap. Results All the inferior trapezius myocutaneous flaps were survived. The patients were followed up for 3-24 months, satisfactory appearance and functional recovery were achieved and no shoulder dysfunction was observed. Conclusion The inferior trapezius myocutaneous flap has the advantage of rich blood supply, simple operative procedure, powerful anti-infection ability and little effect on shoulder function, and is suitable for the repair of high-voltage electrical injury in head and neck region.
