摘要

自体组织乳房再造被视为乳房再造术的标准。横形股薄肌肌皮瓣作为自体组织乳房再造的候选皮瓣之一,自1992年首次报道以来,因其诸多优势及较少的供区损伤,已取得长足的发展。本文就该皮瓣的应用解剖、设计、临床应用等方面的进展进行综述。

Abstract

Autologous tissue reconstruction is regarded as the standard for breast reconstruction. Since it was first proposed in 1992, the transverse myocutaneous gracilis flap（TMG flap）, as an alternative, has been developed a lot in autologous breast reconstruction for its distinct advantages and low donor-site morbidity. The anatomy, design, clinical application and research progress were mainly reviewed in this paper.
