静脉畸形(Venous malformations,VMs)是先天性血管畸形中最常见的一种类型,具体病因尚不清楚。因疾病程度和部位不同,治疗方法多种多样,但仍无最佳治疗方法。由于复杂病例单一方法治疗效果不佳,应依照患者病情和已有技术条件制定个体化治疗方案,采用综合序列治疗,以期获得最佳疗效。血管内硬化治疗是目前VMs的主要治疗方法,而手术常作为改善外观的辅助治疗手段。本文就VMs的综合治疗结合相关治疗结果和进展进行综述。

Venous malformations (VMs) is one the most common congenital vascular malformation, and the exact cause of the disease is not very clear. The clinical treatment is always various according to the extent of the disease and affected organs. Up to now, there is no single method for treatment. The treatment strategy should be individualized and multidisciplinary for complicated cases, in order to achieve effective results. Endovascular therapy for VMs is found to be safe and effective, which may be the main technique in the treatment of VMs. In this paper, the current progress in the treatment, diagnosis and therapeutic management of VMs were reviewed.
