摘要

脂肪间充质干细胞(Adipose-Derived Stem Cells,ADSC)是来源于脂肪组织的多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化能力,并能分泌多种生物活性因子,在组织损伤、修复方面蕴含着广阔的应用前景。近年来,ADSC在抗皮肤老化方面的作用也被证实。本文就ADSCs在皮肤抗皱、美白、促进毛发再生、增强组织修复能力等方面的研究现况进行综述。

Abstract

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC), cating in fat tissue, pluripotent mesenchymal stem cells which display the ability of self-renewal and multi-lineage differentiation and can secrete a variety of biological activity factors, having broad application prospects in regenerative medicine. Recently, diverse rejuvenation effects of ADSCs on skin have been demonstrated. The role of ADSCs in anti-wrinkle, whitening, promoting hair regeneration, improving the ability of tissue repair were reviewed in this paper.
