摘要

血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是主要的血管生成因子,许多生长因子是通过诱导VEGF的表达而起作用的。本文对VEGF的分子生物学特性、作用、表达及生成的调节进行综述。

Abstract

Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the major angiogenic factors can be induced by many growth factors.In this review,the molecular characteristics of VEGF,the role of the body,expression and regulation of generation are reviewed.
