目的探讨老年人面部肿瘤的手术治疗和整形修复问题。方法综合分析我院从2004年8月至2008年8月收治的47例老年面部皮肤肿瘤的临床资料,根据患者具体情况,制定个体化的治疗方案,方法包括直接切除、皮瓣转移和植皮修复。结果本组患者术后切口愈合良好,术区外形恢复满意,功能良好。结论应用整形外科原则治疗老年人面部浅表肿瘤,可恢复良好的外观和功能,值得临床推广。
