Abstract

Abstract: Epigenetic reprogramming of nuclei using cell extract becomes popular in recent years.This method indicates that recipient cells receiving transduction of cell extract from donor cells can generate changes of morphology,gene expression and function directing donor cells.It is reported to be used between somatic cells and somatic cells or stem cells as an effective method with no ethical controversy.The current situation,relevant mechanisms and defects concerning reprogramming of cell extract were reviewed.
