Abstract

The self-repairing ability of cartilage tissue is limited due to the lack of blood supply. This makes it difficult to regenerate and repair after cartilage injury. The bio-3 d printing technology breaks through the limitations of bionic function design of traditional tissue engineering technology, and can be integrated into molding and accurately prepare complex structures. Moreover, it can also print cells into scaffold materials to construct microenvironment suitable for cell survival, which has advantages in the field of cartilage repair and regeneration. In this paper, the research progress of the cartilage repair using bio-3 D printing was reviewed.
