Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hBMSCs acting as seeding cell for tissue engineer bone on the cranial defects.Methods From June 2006 to February 2007,four patients with traumatic cranial defect were treated by using auto-hBMSCs acting seeding cell for tissue engineered bone.Autogenic hBMSCs were isolated,proliferated and induced in vitro,then combined with partially demineralized bone matrix.After co-cultured for 1 week,the cell/scaffold complexes were used for implantation.Gross observation...
