摘要

主要介绍了海上某浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)热介质锅炉的点火燃烧的控制理论，以及在日常维护和运行中容易出现的一些引起锅炉点火失败的问题，并根据遇到的问题制定相应的处理方案。介绍了锅炉关于点火问题方面的相关改造，同时针对容易出现的问题提出一些设备维护保养计划和改进措施。

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the ignition control theory of hot medium boiler of an offshore floating production  storage offloading (FPSO)， as well as some problems that may cause boiler ignition failure in daily maintenance and operation， and makes corresponding solutions according to the problems encountered. This paper introduces the related transformation of boiler on ignition problems and puts forward some equipment maintenance plans and improvement measures in view of the easy problems.
