内转塔浮筒式单点系统长期处于系泊力、风、浪、流等载荷联合作用的工作环境中，通过浮筒与月池舱（MCM）等结构接触，将载荷的作用传递到船体。在交变载荷的长期作用下，MCM舱容易在应力集中的位置产生疲劳问题，以至萌生裂纹；在极端风浪的情况下，甚至会产生结构极限强度失效，以至浮式生产储卸油装置（FPSO）无法正常营运。因此，为单点系统研制一套安全、可靠、稳定的多参量监测及预警系统设计方案，是FPSO正常、平稳和安全运行的重要保证。以某FPSO的MCM舱为研究对象，通过开展结构有限元分析，计算MCM舱结构在工作下的应力分布状态，筛选出关键部位的高应力位置，并给出传感器布置建议，为单点监测预警系统开发、应力传感器布置等工作奠定基础。

The submerged turret production (STP) single-point mooring system operates in an environment subjected to the combined effects of mooring forces， wind， waves， and currents. Through contact with structures such as the buoyancy and mating cone module (MCM)， it transfers the impact of these loads to the hull. Under the prolonged influence of alternating loads， the MCM is prone to fatigue issues at positions where structural stress is concentrated， potentially leading to crack initiation; under extreme wind and wave conditions， there may even be a failure of structural ultimate strength， rendering the floating production storage offloading (FPSO) unable to operate normally. Therefore， developing a design for a multi-parameter monitoring and early warning system that is safe， reliable， and stable for the STP single-point system is crucial for ensuring the normal， steady， and secure operation of the FPSO. This paper focuses on the MCM of a certain FPSO， conducting structural finite element analysis to calculate the stress distribution state of the MCM structure under working conditions， identifying high-stress locations in critical areas， and providing recommendations for sensor placement schemes. This lays the groundwork for developing a monitoring and early warning system for the STP single point and arranging stress sensors.
