摘要

针对南海北部区域距离在生产油田较近、储量较小、开发年限较短的小型或边际油气田的经济有效开发难题，提出采用可移动平台进行开发的模式，可以有效降低开发成本实现油田的经济开发，同时为类似油田的开发提供指导。

Abstract

For the economical development of the marginal offshore oilfields, which are characterized by low-grade oil reserves and a shorter production period but nearby to existing production facility， this article will introduce the mobile offshore production unit for the purpose of implementing the economic development, while also providing guidance for the development of similar oil fields.
