Abstract Abstract: Five Ti alloy scaffold models with different pore structures were designed and fabricated using the 3D printing technology. The micro porous feature and strength of the scaffold model were observed and tested. The results indicate that there is a certain error between the microstructure design feature and the fabrication feature, but within a controllable range. Under the condition of near porosity and the same pole sectional size, the threedimensional structure with different unit cells has a great impact on scaffold strength. The Vstructured model scaffold strength is closely related to pole intersection angle and pole length. The result of the theoretical analysis is in accordance with the experimental result.
