Abstract This paper proposed a hybridmodel method based on an ultralarge water conveyance tunnel under construction, which directly performs global simulation and local simulation together, and can avoid the deviation brought by boundary condition gained from global simulation. Using the explicit algorithm and related technologies, it proves this method is feasible through the actual calculation and application.
