Abstract The generation mechanism of U.S. weapon equipment operational requirements is introduced; the existing problem of PLA is analyzed by comparison in this area. Using the thought of system engineering, the generation mechanism of weapon equipment operational requirements is discussed, and the enlightenment and suggestions are putforward.
