摘要: 本文从外语课堂研究的性质和目的出发,首先历史性地回顾了20世纪不同年代外语课堂研究的特点,如60年代是方法比较,70年代是个性化教学,80年代是个体学习者因素,90年代是课堂过程;接着讨论了进入21世纪以来的研究热点,如课堂互动和重形式教学;然后介绍了外语课堂实证研究的四种主要方法,即描述性、实验性、民族志和相关性研究。最后,从宏观和微观两个层面对未来外语课堂研究提出展望,以期为广大研究人员提供参考。
