Based on the minimalist Phase Theory (PT) and semantic interface, i.e., Scope Economy, this paper reinvestigates quantifer raising (QR) and reconstruction effects (REs) visible to interpretive rules in a unified way of phase edges. And crucially in the light of the phase edge features (EFs), we illustrate the fact that scope relations must be subject to the constraints of Scope Economy condition and further analyze the application/evaluation domain of scope economy at phase levels. From a cross-linguistic perspective, this paper aims to unify reconstruction effects and QR as the phase-edge effects, and further highlight the superiority and prominence of FL C-I interface scope, interface conditions and phase-edge features in MP derivations and computations.
