人才培养同质化是当下MTI教育面临的一个严峻问题。根据行业市场需求发展特色教育是行业类高校MTI教育去同质化的有效途径。本文通过分析涉外农业企业语言服务相关岗位招聘信息,对部分对企业进行访谈,梳理总结了涉外农业企业的语言服务人才需求状况与职业能力要求,并为高等农林院校MTI教育培养目标制定、课程设置与校企合作提供建议。

MTI education is now faced with the severe situation of homogenization and isomorphism. A solution to this problem is that different types of universities developed polymorphically according to the needs of the job market. This article presents a survey on the recruitment advertisements of language service personnel by agricultural enterprises with international business as well as interviews with some of the enterprises. The needs of language service personnel and requirements for their capabilities are concluded. Suggestions are proposed for agricultural universities in terms of educational objectives of MTI students, curriculum design and the cooperation between teaching institutions and enterprises.
