文章报告了某汉语方言操用者左脑前部接受手术后出现的失语症状。语料系笔者现场录制的患者与家人语言交流的各种场景,时间跨度约90天,累计22个有效片段。本报告采用系统功能语言学理论框架描述和阐述该案例,指出被试的失语症状属于典型的布罗卡失语,但由于手术并未对传统意义上的布罗卡区造成损伤,该结论对于传统的失语症归类理论形成明确的挑战。本文呼吁医学、心理学、神经科学家以及语言学家开展全方位的深度合作,寻求评定和辅助失语症康复更为有效的量表或方案。
