摘要

为坚持“动态清零”总方针,进一步控制奥密克戎变异株点多、面广、暴发的传播态势,上海市在本轮疫情中采取全域静态管理的防控措施,对正常就医需求带来挑战。上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院将24 h话务热线作为群众就医需求的监测哨点,及时解答市民医疗咨询,扩容座席,组建工作专班及经过专业培训的志愿者队伍,实时分析问询需求内容。本文对涉医咨询剧增的应对措施及咨询内容的提前预判及处理进行分析总结,以期为同道具相关工作时,提供参考。
